An established and friendly organisation based in Pudsey is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their first office-based role or to begin a career in administration.
Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for a school or college leaver, graduate, or someone looking to start their career in an office environment. Experienced Administrators are also very welcome to apply.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to the team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key duties include:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office
Preparing and formatting documents, reports and correspondence
Answering calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
Supporting the team with diary management and appointment scheduling
Coordinating with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Managing and updating internal systems and files
General office administration and ad hoc support as required
About You
Looking to start a career in administration
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
