You will be responsible for:
* Leading the overall strategic direction of the business, setting and delivering long‑term growth plans
* Driving commercial performance, ensuring revenue, margin and profitability targets are achieved
* Overseeing day‑to‑day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics to ensure efficiency and quality
* Developing and executing sales strategies to grow market share and expand into new sectors and other group divisions
* Leading, mentoring and developing the senior leadership team to create a high‑performance culture
Key attributes required:
* Experience leading large‑scale packaging manufacturing operations with a sales or commercial bias
* Proven experience at Managing Director level or a Sales/Commercial Director ready to step up into a broader leadership role
* Strong background in packaging – either cartons, corrugated, flexibles or packaging distribution/merchant
* Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long‑term business plans
* Strong financial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
