This is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth running of the Group Leader’s office and enabling effective leadership across a busy, high-profile team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they escalate.

This role is being offered on a full time, fixed-term basis.

* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident decision-maker, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of discretion and diplomacy, comfortable managing sensitive matters.
* Proficient in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and document management systems.
