Our client, a busy private client team in York, is seeking someone to manage a varied caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters. Whether youre an NQ solicitor with Wills & Probate experience or an experienced Solicitor/Executive, this role offers the chance to work with a supportive team and handle interesting, complex cases. What youll do: Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion Draft Wills, prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney, and administer estates Handle client enquiries and support colleagues across the probate team Ensure deadlines and billing are accurate and client care standards are met Youll need: Minimum 3 years experience in Wills & Probate (all PQE levels considered) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent client care and communication skills Organised, methodical, and able to work under pressure Flexible, proactive team player with a full UK driving licence This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise, work on varied probate matters, and make a real impact for clients .
