We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Science Technician, part time: 8.75 a week, helping to facilitate high-quality teaching within a friendly, successful, and well-resourced Science Department. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and flexible, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities include: To provide practical equipment and materials to lessons in support of teaching in the Science Department Maintaining and managing stocks of consumable items Maintain an inventory of all equipment within your specific area To devise, construct and repair equipment (within the ability of the technician) Early applications are encouraged as the school reserves the right to close the advert should we feel able to appoint an appropriate candidate.
