Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne (Hybrid/On-site depending on business needs)
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract
Day Rate: £300.00 per day
Languages Required: Fluent in English and one of the following: French, Portuguese, Spanish, or German
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, bringing both strong sourcing expertise and exceptional language capability to support European and UK hiring initiatives.
You will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and supporting end-to-end talent attraction strategies across multiple language markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across the UK and Europe.
* Utilise a variety of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, CRM, Boolean search, social platforms) to build robust candidate pipelines.
* Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification, ensuring a high-quality shortlist for each vacancy.
* Engage and nurture passive talent through personalised communication in both English and your second language (French, Portuguese, Spanish, or German).
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within internal systems.
* Provide regular market insights, talent mapping, and sourcing analytics to stakeholders.
* Represent the employer brand professionally across all candidate touchpoints.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Talent Researcher, or similar role within in-house or agency environments.
* Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Portuguese, Spanish, or German.
* Strong experience sourcing for corporate, technical, commercial, or multilingual roles.
* Demonstrable capability in building passive talent pipelines and engaging candidates across multiple markets.
* Solid understanding of advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-Ray searching, market mapping).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable using ATS/CRM tools and professional sourcing platforms.
