My client is a leading developer known for crafting exceptional living spaces and delivering homes to communities. They are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join their busy team to work on this luxury site.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide potential buyers through finding and purchasing their dream homes, providing personalised support every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with potential buyers, showcasing homes and explaining the buying process.
* Conduct site visits, highlighting unique features and benefits.
* Collaborate with the to team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales transactions.
Qualifications:
* Previous property sales experience is required.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
* Knowledge of local housing market trends a plus.
