Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a safety-first culture with the customer at the heart of everything.
* Work to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with goals.
* Ensure the branch is operationally efficient with proper controls to support a customer-first experience.
* Work as a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.
* Encourage colleagues to maintain a safety-first culture at all times.
* Improve returns, credits and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and create frictionless processes when supporting the retail counter.
* Support the retail counter to ensure branch retail standards are best in class for customer experience excellence.
* Deliver a customer-first service by managing pick-to-manifest times and meeting service level agreements.
* Assist the branch with deliveries when required, ensuring it is set up for growth through excellent service and SLAs.
* Ensure a best-in-class service is delivered at all times to cement customer excellence.
