Part time hours and job share also considered to support work life balance.
G09 Salary £38,220- £40,777
G10 Salary £41,771 - £45,091

The All Age Disability Team provide intervention and support to Children and Adults of any age who may have a diagnosed Learning Disability, Severe Physical Disability and Multiple Disabilities with complex needs.
We have an exciting opportunity for newly qualified/experienced Social Workers to join an innovative and supportive team. As the team works with Children and Adults you will have an opportunity to choose an area of expertise, or develop your skills across a number of different areas including children with complex needs, transition to adulthood, Learning Disability and physical disability.
The successful candidates will need to be a registered social worker and contribute to the team’s multi-agency approach to providing a seamless health, social care and well-being service for individuals with disabilities of all ages, their families and carers.
