This position is for a NIGHT AUDITOR TEAM MEMBER will welcomes the guests and provides support to all Front Office department as well as working closely and helping all hotel departments.
This 4-stars hotel has 148 rooms and 8 meeting rooms and is located in the heart of the city centre.

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES FOR NIGHT AUDITOR TEAM MEMBER
5. Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner
6. Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
7. Take initiative to add a personalized experience
8. Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
9. Front Office operations including nights
10. Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, with a personalised approach
11. Handle guest correspondences on telephone, emails, fax, face to face and ensure prompt follow-ups
12. Manage daily room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure requested rooms are available according to arrival times
13. To ensure that credit & cash handling procedures are followed as per the company policy
14. Handle overbooking/out bookings to maximise occupancy
15. Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
16. Promoting company’s ALL loyalty programme

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our team in Birmingham, United Kingdom. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations while delivering exceptional service to our valued guests.
37. Manage guest accounts, post charges, and reconcile payments accurately
38. Generate and analyze daily financial reports
39. Perform end-of-day auditing procedures and balance accounts
40. Provide excellent customer service during overnight check-ins and check-outs
41. Assist guests with inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly
42. Collaborate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
43. Maintain a safe and secure environment during night shifts
44. Ensure effective communication during shift handovers
45. Support front desk operations as needed during overnight hours
46. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
47. Strong computer proficiency, with experience in hotel management software (Opera Cloud preferred)
48. Basic accounting knowledge and ability to work with financial data
49. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
50. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
51. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
