Snacking/Confectionery - Grocery

📍Hybrid (Ideally based North)


The opportunity:

Following the acquisition of a confectionery brand, the business has successfully rest its strategy, postionning and presentation. New flavours and innovation has supported H1 2025 growth of +15%. The business now requires a National Account Manager to lead the Grocery channel - customers include JS, Tesco, Waitrose, Asda and Ocado.


What will my accountabilities be?

* P&L Ownership of the Grocery Mults channel
* Manage existing and new customer P&L, driving a portfolio approach to ensure each customer has a clear annual sales plan
* Deliver budgeted sales with a focus on volume, revenue and gross margin progression across the total channel


A great candidate will have:

* FMCG sales experience, with Grocery channel experience
* Self-starter with high-energy, pace and resilience – get it done mentality
* An agile team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills
* Well-planned, well organized & a passion for sweet treats
