Principal Responsibilities

* Use extensive product and industry knowledge to effectively manage a portfolio of assigned projects to implement JAGGAER software solutions. Assigned projects at the senior level are typically large, high-profile, complex projects that involve the implementation of multiple JAGGAER solutions.
* Independently develop and maintain project plans and supporting documentation that track progress against project deliverables, tasks, and activities.
* Lead client and project team members to implement JAGGAER software solutions.
* Lead the project team to define and document client business requirements.
* Facilitate solution and process workshops to identify client business objectives, define project goals, and provide a plan for maximizing the value of the solution.
* Take the lead to drive collaboration with other JAGGAER departments to address and resolve client issues.
* Proactively and consistently identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, including s/w resolution, scope challenges, and project delays. Is often able to avoid issues with early identification of risks.
* Ensure a successful client transition from Professional Services to Support.
* Manage all project controls, including: budget vs actual for project hours, forecast accuracy, revenue attainment with a high degree of accuracy, and minimal or no support.
* Proactively manage and document changes to project scope that have an impact on the company’s resources, time, and/or financial commitments via a change order process. Independently negotiates and writes the Change order and completes the approval and posting process.
* Serve as a leader within the group to provide day-to-day work direction, assistance, mentoring, and coaching to other team members.
* Manage internal and client communication of appropriate project information, including communication with senior-level and executive management.
* Establish and manage relationships with clients to sustain a strong business connection.
* Develops and leads the adoption of best practices.
* Effectively manages stretch assignments beyond client projects.


Position Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 6+ years of business experience with 4+ years of demonstrated experience in application implementations /providing consulting services in a client environment.
* 4+ years of eProcurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Lifecycle Management software application experience is preferred.
* Significant experience implementing software-as-a-service(SaaS) software solutions or ERPs with systems integration preferred.
* Excellent project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Must be able to learn quickly, make strong individual contributions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment.
* Ability to consistently act independently, take initiative, and drive tasks and issues to resolution.
* Strong, executive-level presence and experience in facilitation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Will work extensively over the phone and in person with clients and suppliers. Hands-on experience with project management methodologies; Waterfall is preferred.
* Business automation and workflow process development are desirable.
* Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, and Word, as well as other typical business productivity tools.
* Will be required to travel domestically and internationally. Travel ranges from 10-20%.
* Is experienced, confident, articulate, succinct, and professional, and has executive presence, sound judgement, and critical thinking skills.

* Successfully manage a changing environment.
