You will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to colleagues onsite. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage workloads effectively and remain responsive.Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Liaise with external IT support partners, helping to streamline processes and reduce external reliance over time.
* Collect, prepare, and analyse data to support leadership decision-making.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Support ongoing improvements to systems, processes, and data workflows.
* Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and data sources.
* Assist in onboarding and supporting staff with IT tools and systems.

Role Requirements
* Proven experience providing IT support within a business environment.
* Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and/or other visualisation tools.
* Experience collaborating with external IT providers.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support.
