The Role
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact.
Understand clients' business goals, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic marketing solutions.
Effectively communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations to clients.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with their business objectives.
Work closely with internal teams and associates to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic recommendations.
Campaign Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement various marketing tactics, such as digital marketing, website optimisation and build, content creation, and social media campaigns.
Budget Management:
Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget.
Provide financial oversight and analysis, making data-driven recommendations to optimise campaign performance and reporting on ROI.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior account management team members, feeding into our collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Who we're looking for someone with:
Proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency, with a focus on strategic planning and client management.
Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations..
Proficient in project management tools and software. (Asana is a bonus)
A great understanding of digital marketing (SEO, GA4, PPC, Social media (paid and organic), UX, Web CMS (preferably WordPress))
