This role involves the delivery of car-related parts using a Class 1 double deck vehicle, delivering to RDC's all over the country so some long-distance travel will be involved. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and reliable driver to secure adhoc and ongoing work with a well-established company.
Job Vacancy: Class 1 Night Driver (Double Deck Vehicle) - £17.00/hr
Location: Hellaby (Rotherham)
Working week: Sunday to Saturday Nights
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
Double Manning Involved
Job Duties:
* Night-time trunking of car parts to delivery destinations across the UK
* Operating a Class 1 (C+E) double decker vehicle
* Ensuring all loads are safely secured and transported
* Working as part of a double-manned team for long-distance routes
* Completing necessary paperwork and adhering to all transport legislation
✅ Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Experience with double deck vehicles preferred
* Minimum 1 year class 1 experience
* Comfortable with night shifts and overnight routes
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Shift Pattern:
* Working week runs Sunday-Saturday
* Approximate start times between 8pm to 00.00 midnight
