Balance agile and waterfall methodologies to suit project needs and ensure timely outcomes. Foster collaboration within a high-performing team known for its strong delivery track record. What You'll Bring: Solid experience managing a diverse range of business change and IT projects. Strong stakeholder communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project environments. Recognised project management qualification (e.g. Prince2 or equivalent).
