The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Careers and Schools Liaison Manager to join the Student Experience team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
The Role:

We are seeking an inspiring Careers and Schools Liaison Manager to lead the delivery of our Careers Strategy and strengthen our relationships with schools, employers and the wider community. In this key role, you will oversee a high‑quality careers service across the Group, ensuring our Careers Programme meets statutory requirements and aligns with the Gatsby Benchmarks. You will drive innovative employability activity, manage impactful school liaison initiatives, and lead a dedicated team committed to supporting learners as they progress into further education, training or employment. We are seeking someone who is a confident relationship-builder, skilled at working with schools, employers and young people, and able to lead a team by supporting innovative practice and delivering excellent outcomes. They should be organised, data-literate, and comfortable managing a substantial careers programme and school liaison events. A great fit is positive, proactive and people-focused, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping learners progress and succeed.
