MVP is partnering with a successful business to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end site operations at its distribution site at Middleton,
Youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of a warehousing and distribution operation - driving continuous improvement, process development, and coaching your team to deliver best-in-class service. This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to shape performance, culture and customer experience on site.

Manage daily warehouse and transport operations, ensuring all KPIs and contractual commitments are achieved.
