FIND are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing Training provider to hire a Childcare Apprenticeship Tutor.
Hybrid with some occasional travel to visit apprentices in their workplace setting, the successful candidate will deliver Level 2,3 & 5 Apprenticeships to learners in the Early Years sector.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
Deliver qualifications across a range of programme levels where occupationally competent, in accordance with quality processes and in line with our continuous Improvement strategy.
Meeting KPIs set for starts, progression, timely achievement, leavers and customer satisfaction in line with quality & compliance.
Be proficient in the use of electronic portfolio systems to record learner interventions, reviews, upload work, and all required off-the-job training, maintaining learner information, ensuring quality and integrity of data, which is accurately recorded and submitted efficiently, to regulatory requirements. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Core Competencies
Room Leader or Senior Level experience working in a childcare setting - Room Leader, Deputy/ Assistant Manager or Nursery Manager experience
Level 3/5 Childcare/ Early Years qualification
CAVA/D32/33/A1 or equivalent training/assessment related qualification or willingness to work towards
