Competitive basic salary of circa £40,000 - £42,718 per annum, Negotiable based on experience

Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on luxury and performance vehicles to the highest standards
Use advanced diagnostic equipment and specialised tools to accurately identify faults
Work on a variety of models including high-performance cars, classic vehicles, and modern performance sports cars
Assist with vehicle inspections, minor repairs, and MOTs (if qualified), ensuring compliance with safety standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Collaborate effectively with team members, providing technical support and sharing best practices
Document all work thoroughly, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards
Provide excellent customer service and professional communication at all timesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Proven experience as a Technician, Master Technician, or equivalent, ideally with a background in luxury or performance vehicles
Genuine passion for high-performance cars with a focus on quality and detail
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in motor vehicle maintenance and repairs
MOT licence advantageous but not essential; willingness to develop further
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and responsibly
Good communication skills and a professional appearance
Ability to work efficiently on complex and older vehicle systems
