About the Role
Working with two other designers in the in‑house creative team, you will design, produce, and manage mobile‑first, customer‑centric creative content across all digital touchpoints. Your responsibilities include:
* Interpret briefs, conceptualise visuals, and present ideas to stakeholders with clear rationale.
* Create and optimise digital assets (static, motion, interactive, and HTML) for e‑commerce, social media, email/CRM, display advertising, and apps.
* Build and evolve scalable templates for email, web, and social content across two brands.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
* Knowledge of motion design, video editing, and interactive/dynamic content creation.
* Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
* Experience designing for social‑first content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts).
* Familiarity with email/CRM design, personalisation, and integration with campaign platforms.
