Senior Financial Planner
Gatwick/ West Sussex
Salary - £90,000 – £100,000
Bonus - 15% team-based bonus, plus 20% on clients that follow you across, with bespoke arrangements for any new business you write
The Role
We are partnering with a highly regarded Wealth Management firm to recruit a Senior Financial Planner. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the business, managing an existing client base while also driving new business growth.
With several acquisitions underway, the firm is introducing a new initiative for advisers to take the lead on following up new leads, generating new business, and shaping the growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the business and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop an existing client portfolio, providing holistic financial advice
2. Take ownership of new business development opportunities, following up leads and converting prospects
3. Work collaboratively with a team of advisers and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
4. Contribute to the growth strategy of the business and support new initiatives
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal processes
