Job Description
We are looking for a commercially astute and proactive National Account Manager (Red Meat) to lead and grow a strategically important retail account, with a primary focus on chilled food. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic food business and offers a strong platform for someone who thrives on ownership, has a hands-on mindset, and excels in managing complex UK retail relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full commercial relationship with a key UK retail customer, ensuring effective day-to-day delivery while building a robust medium-to-long-term strategy
2. Oversee pricing, forecasting, promotions, customer admin and commercial performance tracking
3. Take a leading role in regular customer communications, both operational and strategic
4. Collaborate closely with processors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure aligned priorities and high service levels
5. Use commercial data and category insight to drive margin improvements, category growth and promotional success
