National Account Manager
to lead 3 key Grocery partnerships.
This is your chance to take full ownership of a high-profile national account – managing the full P&L and driving commercial success in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.

Support working on JBP's major UK Grocery accounts
Work cross-functionally with a high-performing team across Sales, Marketing, Category
What you'll be doing:
* Building strong, strategic relationships with key retail partners
* Leading the creation and delivery of joint business plans that drive growth for both parties
* Managing all commercial levers: pricing, investment, promotional strategy, and profitability
* Aligning internal stakeholders and guiding customer strategy execution
* Monitoring performance, spotting opportunities, and navigating risks with precision
We're looking for someone who brings:
* A strong track record in delivering growth and results in a branded FMCG environment
* Proven experience managing top 4 grocery accounts in the UK
* First-class negotiation, commercial, and presentation skills
* A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for learning and developing
