Learn more at Sitecore.com About the Role: We’re looking for a Digital Consultant to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This role is all about working with our internal teams on our digital success programmes, ensuring our clients see measurable value and stay connected to our products. What You’ll Do:
1. Work on digital success campaigns that keep customers engaged and informed.
2. Create and refresh playbooks for customer journeys, ensuring they’re easy to follow and impactful.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and value propositions including marketing and product.
4. Monitor engagement metrics and KPIs, turning insights into actionable improvements.
5. Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to refine strategies and assets.
6. Produce compelling enablement materials that empower teams and customers alike.
7. Champion digital-first engagement, ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless and on-brand.
8. Agentic Workflows operational model across customer success journeys.
What You Need to Succeed:
9. A marketer at heart with strong organisational and project management skills.
10. Experience in customer success, digital marketing, or campaign management.
11. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and reporting on performance.
12. Excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
13. Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
14. Experience with DXP, CMS, DAM or CDP is a plus.
15. Understanding how AI can enhance content and workflows is highly desirable.
