Primary Teacher – KS1 (Long-Term)

Start Date: September
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Vision for Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Primary Teacher to work on a long-term basis in a welcoming 2-form entry primary school based in the CV6 area of Coventry.
This is a full-time role, starting from September and continuing until the Spring Term, with full teaching responsibilities.
The Role:
1. Full-time class teacher within Key Stage 1 – Year 2
2. Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
3. Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
4. Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to pupils and parents
5. Working collaboratively with the KS1 team and wider school staff
6. Upholding the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
The Ideal Candidate Will:
7. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Have experience teaching in KS1 (ECTs welcome to apply)
9. Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
10. Be confident with planning, assessment and differentiation
11. Be committed, reliable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
12. Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS registered on the update service
