Zenovo are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support our customers management team with project delivery of existing contracts, managing minor projects and external customer account management.
You must be capable of working alone and as part of a team to organise and coordinate internal and external stakeholders and support accurate reporting of progress against all aspects of each projects performance.
Main Duties
1. Deliver projects in line with project programme to meet contractual requirements.
2. Prepare monthly reports, phase reviews to detail current project status and provide early Identification of any project issues as part of the project lifecycle management.
3. Manage project costs and prepare Monthly Forecast / Budget reports.
4. Ensure monthly Invoicing is completed, including equipment, materials and resources.
5. Support resource allocation for short and long term projects
6. Ensure the relevant project controls are in place with focus on process improvement.
7. Support the preparation of project variations.
