Key Responsibilities:
* Developing new business opportunities across air, sea, and road freight services
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts long-term
* Identifying and targeting potential customers through proactive sales activity
* Collaborating closely with the operations team to deliver seamless service to clients
* Working towards agreed revenue and GP targets with uncapped earning potential
* Representing the company professionally in meetings, events, and client presentations
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in freight forwarding sales / business development
* Strong knowledge of international freight services (air, ocean, or road)
* Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and long-lasting client relationships
* Results-driven, ambitious, and keen to grow with a developing UK team
* Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
