The successful candidate will lead the Department’s Electrical Safety requirements ensuring legislation and standards are complied with and appropriate procedures & resources are in place to ensure electrical safety is maintained within the department.

The Role
To ensure safety standards in ACP are maintained and safe working procedures are implemented and adhered to at all levels. Reporting any accidents and near misses, to improve the Occupational Safety of personnel.
To carry out Safety and Housekeeping Audits on a regular basis to encourage improved performance.
Ensure that plant, departmental personnel, and contractors operate within and comply with statutory Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
To lead the departments approach to process safety across all equipment, including SIF proof testing and the management of change process.
