Responsibilities
1. Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
2. Support students with their learning activities and provide one-on-one help as needed.
3. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all students.
4. Help maintain classroom resources and organization.
5. Assist in assessing student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
6. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
7. Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings as required.
Requirements
8. Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
9. Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Positive attitude and a passion for supporting student learning.
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
13. Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse learning needs.
14. Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom dynamics.
