About the Role
We're excited to welcome a part time Support Worker to our vibrant team! Together, we will empower individuals to live fulfilling lives, try new experiences, and enjoy their day-to-day activities. You will collaborate closely with each person and their families, ensuring their time is spent doing the things that truly matter to them. You will be working across 4 services in Ilford, all within a 15 to 30-minute walk of each other. During your shift, you may be required to visit more than one location.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks such as administering medication, helping with shopping, meals, and providing personal care and accessing the community to support with activities.
Hours & Shift Patterns
25 to 30 hours to cover flexible shifts over a 24-hour rota, including weekends, bank holidays and sleepovers.
Location
Our services are based in Ilford, across 4 sites, with excellent transport links.
