About the Role We are looking for caring, reliable, and committed female Domiciliary Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults in their own homes. This role is ideal for drivers seeking local work, consistent hours, and a supportive team environment. You will be providing safe, person-centered care while building trusted relationships with regular clients. Pay: £13.50 per hour Location: Chelmsford, Basildon, Witham & Wickford (Local runs within a 10-mile radius) Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred. Working Pattern Options:. Full-time: 3540 hours per week. Part-time: 1520 hours per week. Block hours: Regular, consistent shifts with the same clients (e.g. morning and evening runs or full-day blocks). Weekend work: Saturday and/or Sunday availability Special Requirements - Part-time applicants must be able to consistently cover at least two consecutive days per week, in line with rota planning and continuity of care.
