About the Role
We are excited to expand our Neuro In-Patient Rehabilitation Team at Langley House – Holywell Rehab Unit, and we are seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join us. At Langley House, you will be part of a supportive, enthusiastic team dedicated to helping patients rebuild their independence and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities
* Be part of a dynamic team delivering integrated neuro rehabilitation for patients aged 18 and above.
* Support patients with neuro conditions, including stroke, to enhance independence and quality of life.
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to implement integrated care plans.
* Provide community visits as required; car access is essential unless exempt.
* Maintain accurate patient records and reports in line with professional and organisational standards.
