* Drive Culture and Engagement – Collaborate with HR and business functions to bring values to life and support key initiatives in DEI, transformation, and employee experience.

* Support External Communications – Assist the Head of Communications with employer brand PR, press releases, Q&As, when required.
What You Bring
* Communications Expertise – A proven track record in senior internal or corporate communications, ideally in a large, complex, or multi-site organisation.
* Outstanding Clarity – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn complexity into accessible, human-centred messaging.
* Strategic Influence – Confident advising senior leaders, with experience delivering at pace in evolving or high-change environments.
* Creative Energy – A natural storyteller with editorial sharpness and a passion for people-first communication.
* Channel Management – Skilled in running multi-channel internal campaigns and confident using insights and tools to measure impact.
* Sound Judgement – Trusted to handle sensitive or high-stakes communication with discretion and composure.
