Are you an organised, calm, and people-focused administrator who enjoys supporting services that make a real difference?
We’re looking for an Administrator to join our CEDA Debt Service, providing high-quality administrative support to advisers, managers, and clients. You’ll play a key role in keeping the service running smoothly, acting as a first point of contact for clients and supporting case management and service delivery.
What you'll be doing
* Support advisers with referrals, appointments, case records, and reporting
* Act as a first point of contact for clients by phone and email
* Manage enquiries, triage queries, and support appointment demand
* Maintain accurate records in line with funding and quality requirements
* Provide reception cover and general office administration
What we're looking for
* Recent experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
* Strong IT and organisational skills with great attention to detail
* Confidence communicating with clients, including in challenging situations
* A commitment to confidentiality, quality, and our values
