About the role: Receptionist
Activate Learning is looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Bracknell College. This dynamic, high-traffic role plays a key part in delivering an excellent first impression to everyone who visits or contacts the college.
You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing an exceptional front-line customer experience both in person, over the phone, and via digital channels. Your professionalism and efficiency will help enhance the reputation of Activate Learning and set it apart from other providers.
The role involves meeting and greeting customers and students at reception, signing them in, and working closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak periods such as lunchtime when additional support is needed.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Bracknell College campus.
What do you need to be successful as a Receptionist at Activate Learning?
The ideal candidate will be resilient, solutions-focused, and able to multitask. You should be able to input data accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in line with GDPR and Privacy policies. Confidence working independently and within a team is essential.
If you are highly organized, IT literate, confident, customer-focused, and capable of interacting with a variety of people in person, by phone, and email, we would like to hear from you!
