Bk plus are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team in Birmingham on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The role will be providing support to the office with the transition from IRIS to CCH (practice management systems). As an Administrator your duties will include: Create new companies for registration with Companies House Set up existing companies that come on board and send out professional clearance and information request to client. Update any new information and details on system and file with Companies House ie. addresses, change of year end, satisfying charges etc Complete any HMRC share 4 share letters, documents and filings at Companies House Prepare share forms for clients who require movements in their company E-file accounts with companies house and roll jobs Monitor accounts filing deadline list and update managers throughout the month when accounts are due Standard monthly billing General invoicing and write offs at month end Any ad-hoc work to be completed by Partners/Manager The Ideal Administrator will have Administration experience in an Accountancy Practice.
