Job Description
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Review and screen incoming CV applications to identify suitable candidates
* Source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies
* Gradually assist with managing parts of the recruitment process from sourcing through to interview stages
* Contact and engage candidates to discuss available opportunities and promote open roles
* Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system
* Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess experience, skills and suitability
* Support the coordination and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates
* Assist the recruitment team with job postings and advert management
* Support the wider recruitment team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Currently studying a degree such as HR, Travel & Tourism, Business or another people-focused subject - Essential
* Must be completing a 12-month placement as part of your degree and returning to university after the placement
* A keen Interest in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident speaking on the phone
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
