Corporate Solicitor (NQ-2) – Edinburgh
A well-established Scottish firm is looking to appoint a corporate Solicitor (NQ-2) to join its team in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor due to qualify in 2026, or a Solicitor with some corporate experience, to join a supportive team handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
The Role
You will support Senior Lawyers on a variety of transactions and advisory work, including:

* Mergers & acquisitions
* Corporate transactions
* Commercial contracts
* Company law advisory matters
* Due diligence and disclosure exercises
* Transaction completions and corporate administration
* Client communication and relationship management
\n
The role will also involve legal research, drafting legal documentation and assisting with business development activity.
About You
Applicants should demonstrate:

* An interest in corporate and commercial law
* Exposure to corporate transactions during traineeship or post-qualification experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail
* A proactive and collaborative approach
