Role Responsibilities – SEN / ALN Teaching Assistant
In this Teaching Assistant role, you will support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* ADHD and attention difficulties
* Anxiety and emotional regulation needs
* Physical needs, including wheelchair and mobility support
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo, providing:
* 1:1 SEN support and small group interventions
* Classroom and behaviour support
* Assistance with learning resources and differentiation
* Support with social, emotional, and sensory needs
