Upon successful completion of the program, your salary will increase.
Qualifications Needed
* Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
* At least 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care, with leadership responsibilities, especially around medication administration and shift leadership
* Understanding of person-led care planning and relevant legislative/regulatory requirements
Safeguarding and Training
Recognizing signs of abuse, harm, or neglect is crucial. All staff must attend safeguarding training and be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
