The Role: As a Procurement Manager, you will drive sourcing strategies, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of product ranges to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and introduce new products and sourcing options to expand our offerings. Strengthen competitiveness with existing suppliers through negotiations and performance reviews. Manage supplier relationships, including regular communication, performance appraisals, and rationalization of the supply base. Oversee the new product introduction process, ensuring all critical steps—data management, timelines, and approvals—are met efficiently. Identify new sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure favourable terms for new launches, programs, and catalogues. Support major programs by providing excellent client service, ensuring flexible capacity, and managing quality expectations in collaboration with local offices and the supply chain team. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in a managerial role. Proven ability to negotiate, build supplier relationships, and manage end-to-end procurement processes. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
