About The Role
1. Drive creative excellence and deliver efficient, innovative façade design solutions within your team.
2. Assist with pre-construction design proposals and 3D sketches as needed.
3. Build trust with the client design team by handling technical queries professionally.
4. Ensure all work complies with current building regulations, CWCT guidance, contract specifications, and internal standards.
5. Deliver work on time, within budget, and according to client and project requirements.
6. Communicate effectively regarding project timelines and deliverables.
7. Participate in project handover meetings to review design requirements.
8. Assist in defining the scope of work and delegate tasks within the project team.
9. Review work for accuracy and compliance, leading by example in design submissions.
10. Collaborate regularly with other departments such as procurement, estimating, and site teams.
11. Engage in continuous professional development and share knowledge with colleagues.
12. Conduct site visits at key project milestones.

Minimum Requirements
* Degree or equivalent in the built environment, engineering, or architecture.
* At least 5 years of experience in cladding and glazing design.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of unitised/stick systems, and cladding materials.
