We are recruiting companies who want to employ our Health and Safety Traineeship graduates. No previous experience is required; full training will be provided. The traineeship may be completed part‑time or full‑time at a pace that suits you, and upon successful completion a job within 20 miles of your location is guaranteed with a starting salary of £25K – £45K.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage health and safety policies, safety training and document control systems.
* Maintain, update and create standard operating procedures and assist with the implementation of continuous improvement safety projects.
* Complete regular reviews of risk assessments for work equipment and operations.
* Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and improvement recommendations are made.
* Conduct health and safety inspections, fire drills and fire alarm reporting. Manage security alarms and fire alarms reporting, handle safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures, ensuring employees are aware of their responsibilities.
* Order and monitor PPE stock.
