Service Advisor Required – Independent Garage in Banstead
1. Salary: £35,000 basic + bonus (OTE £40,000 – £60,000 per annum)
2. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (No Weekends!)
3. Holiday: 21 days holiday + bank holidays
4. Location: Banstead
Our client, a successful and well-regarded Independent Garage in Banstead, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
9. Greeting customers and booking vehicles in for service/repair work
10. Liaising between customers and technicians, providing regular updates
11. Raising job cards, invoices, and processing paperwork
12. Organising collections and deliveries where necessary
13. Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times
14. Supporting the business in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and sales performance
What We’re Looking For:
15. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade (independent or main dealer)
16. Excellent communication and customer service skills
17. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
18. A team player who can also work well independently
19. A full UK driving licence
