Zaizi is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will work with a secure government client to develop user‑focused roadmaps for critical products.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead one or more multidisciplinary Agile teams to identify problems, co‑design and deliver solutions that balance users' needs, organisational goals and sustainability.
* Deliver results at all stages in the product lifecycle, from Discovery through Live.
* Form effective partnerships with client product owners and stakeholders.
* Lead negotiations about the most valuable outcomes we can deliver.
* Improve product management capability at Zaizi by mentoring and coaching others.

Requirements
* Product ownership expertise: use a range of techniques to translate user needs into deliverables, write stories and acceptance criteria, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
* Product management: develop and maintain product roadmaps, define minimum viable product, make decisions about priorities with limited information.
* Agile experience: strong experience with Agile or Kanban teams.
* Lifecycle experience: lead teams through full product lifecycle: Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live.
* User focus: understand users, prioritise needs, coach others.
* Stakeholder management: facilitate buy‑in from senior management, organisation, and partners. Partner with clients to understand and address problems.
* DV Clearance essential.
* Analysis and research: use evidence (performance data, user research) to support decisions and articulate evidence and rationale concisely.
* Communication: excellent written and verbal skills; explain complex ideas in plain English; deliver presentations; write clear user stories.

Salary
Senior Product Manager: £70,000-£85,000.
