Location: Manchester and supported international mobility. Travel to meet clients across the UK and Europe may be required.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing new business by making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
* Building strong relationships and offering staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: client acquisition to candidate placement.
* Writing job adverts and sourcing high-quality candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.
* Managing interviews, offers, and onboarding.
* Traveling to meet clients across the UK and Europe (recent destinations include Sweden, USA, Portugal, and Denmark).
