The Opportunity They are hiring a dynamic SOW Recruitment Consultant to drive the sale and delivery of project-based recruitment solutions. This is a pivotal role, helping clients navigate IR35 challenges and delivering fully scoped workforce solutions. What You’ll Do: Sell and deliver Statement of Work projects to new and existing clients. Develop consultative solutions packaging teams of contractors around defined deliverables. Build long-term relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders. Drive revenue growth through innovative project-based staffing models. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience selling SOW, RPO, or project-based recruitment services. Strong UK market network within transformation, technology, or financial services. Consultative sales approach with a track record of solution selling. Business development focused, entrepreneurial mindset. Why Join?
