About Our Client
Market leading engineering business based in Rugby. This nationwide business has a fantastic reputation working with customers from the construction, automotive and engineering industry. Due to growth in business they are seeking a pro-active Sales Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
Job Description
As a sales administrator you will:
3. Manage incoming export sales requests via email and telephone and prepare quotations for external customers
4. Liaise with freight contacts to prepare export documentation including declarations
5. Liaise with external suppliers and customers to update and maintain product information internally
6. Work alongside internal sales executives to provide assistance to customers via inbound enquiries
7. Accurately process quotes through the internal systems
8. Work with accounts team to raise accurate credit notes
9. Provide adhoc administrative support to other departments when required
The Successful Applicant
As a Sales Administrator you will have:
10. Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills
12. Be Pro-active and have a good attention to detail
13. Previous experience working in a high volume and busy sales office would be desirable
14. Have the ability to prioritise work load and work independently
