HSE Recruitment are proud to be working with an engineering and environmental consultancy, looking for a HSEQ Advisor to oversee all aspects of a multi-disciplinary fieldwork safety. This will be a hybrid role, you will be based at the Manchester office a few days a week and the other days will be home based. Travel will be required alongside this, traveling to other UK offices (Glasgow, London and Bristol) or out supporting the field service teams on site, approx once a month. This will be a really varied role in response to the variety of work you will be supporting. You will report into the Head of HSE and be part of a team of three other advisors. Responsibilities include: Your role will be to provide HSEQ expertise within the field team out on projects every day. The role covers projects happening all over the UK. The role will have responsibilities for the management of the field teams risk assessment processes, method statements and guidance, requiring a familiarisation with the activities they undertake in the field and appraisal of the issues and risks faced. The job will be varied but a key aspect is the auditing. You will manage the auditing of the field teams against company procedures, identifying areas for improvement and training requirements.
